Institutional memberships are open to any of the following types of organisations:

• Australian institutions of higher learning;

• Australian professional bodies;

• The campuses, branches and alumni bodies of the organisations set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) above located outside Australia;

• Public sector entities which, in the opinion of the Management Committee, can contribute to and further the objects of the Association;

• Private sector entities which, in the opinion of the Management Committee, can contribute to and further the objects of the Association;

• The Management Committee has sole discretion to accept or refuse any application by any institution to be admitted as an institutional member of the Association;

• Acknowledgement/Listing on AAS website;

• Regular email notifications with information on the full range of calendar of activities by AAS, its partner associations and the opportunity to participate in them;

• Being part of a national network of Australian alumni and others connected with Australia, including invitations to and discounted rates at events organised by AustCham, ANZA, AIS and other Alumni Associations;

• Enjoy member rates at AAS events like regular networking events, special events like the prestigious AAS Annual Gala Dinner (booked under member's name) etc;

• Network and engage with other Australian University AAS members;

• Voting right for 1 representative at AAS Annual General / Extraordinary meetings;

• Access to members' only resources, merchant discounts and benefits (if any);

• S$200 nett p.a. ; renewable at the same rate for each subsequent year.
