Harihar Laxman is an Electrical Engineer by education with more than 25+ years of expertise in the power and water Industry. He has worked for Global corporations like Siemens, General Electric and is presently working for Suez in Water and Wastewater treatment Industry. He studied and graduated from India and have worked and travelled with companies in many roles covering Europe/ME/Africa/ASEAN.
He took to heartfulness mediation due to its simplistic, scientific and practical approach to meditation, that can be easily integrated into one’s daily life. Over the 16+ years of practice he has found, in busy corporate stressful life, this meditation has helped him to remain centered and be in balance within oneself.
He is a certified Heartfulness meditation trainer and greatly enjoys sharing the benefits by devoting time to conduct Heartfulness sessions and workshops.
He is married with an eight-year-old daughter and lives in Singapore. Inspired by his daughter and wife he has taken to sketching and painting recently.
